Even fine, light fabrics can have frayed edges. Make your own frayed chiffon ribbon to get just the color you want in the width you want -- and save money!

This soft chiffon was just the color I wanted and those sweet little spots made it even better!

Step 1) Snip

Snip past the selvedge edge

Step 2)  Rip

Pull each side of the snipped fabric apart

Step 3)  Fray

Pull threads along the edges loose

So Charming, Right?
