What a year 2022 has been!!!

I am enjoying a tiny bit of quiet before the kids all start arriving for a week of fun and celebration

(once their flights manage to get here,

two out of three cancelled already. Holding our breath for the last two)

And then? Then, I’m super excited (and a bit scared, intimidated, etc) about many new plans I have in store for 2023. I am pushing myself way beyond my comfort zone. Hoping you will join me.

The first week in January, will be dedicated to debriefing & assessing. So please be thinking of what you’d like more of in 2023.
