It’s been a busy week here at South House. But sadly, I don’ t have much I can show you — just yet!

Remember we are in the midst of the One Room Challenge renovating our casual dining area. (And I have a bum finger — it’s makes for slow DIYs when one hand is only partially working)

Hubs and I had fun in the kitchen when he revealed how he’s reinvented Mashed Cauliflower. Friends, it is so incredibly good I actually crave it.

Not only is it a tasty alternative. to mashed potatoes, but we’re also using it in place of linguine with shrimp scampi — a truly decadent weeknight dinner!
