I’ve been energized and inspired by a long working weekend retreat with a number of my blogging friends.

This week was a First Tuesday which means a group of eight bloggers plus a guest blogger, who all enjoy everything handcrafted. This “Handcrafted Society” share a common theme or common medium. This month was Air Dry Clay.

Who would have known the breadth of projects you can craft with Air Dry Clay.

Some were veterans and some were complete novices when it came to this clay. And every one of us came up with a great project and tutorial. You can jump over and see them all right here.

Then Wednesday was the first day of the One Room Challenge (ORC).

I shared the room we are planning to makeover in 8 weeks — YIKES!

But I also pleaded with everyone to please help me decide on an important element of this room. It’s actually the very first element you should decide on when planning a new room.
