When Wrapping Paper is the Starting Point

I have often been amazed at what catches my eye and becomes the inspiration for many of my projects.

But this year has been so fun, developing a vision based on stumbling onto a single $2 piece of wrapping paper.

See just how easy it was to turn it into the focal point artwork in our dining area.

When you have a loved one who can’t be home for the holiday season, whether short-term recovery, long-term assisted living or memory care, it’s hard! Hard on everyone.

So I researched, dug and dug, questioned and talked.

And set out to compile a guide for helping to make their living situation more festive — while still being safe.

And then what gifts would they really use — and enjoy!
